- Should you not be satisfied with your merchandise for any reason, you may return it within 30 days after receipt and receive a refund or exchange it towards another piece in the store. - We pride ourselves to have strict quality control standards thus eliminating any potential errors by double checking all products. Any potential error would be discovered in the quality control process. However, gemstone weights may vary + or – 0.05 points. Where gemstone weights are determined by measuring stones already set in jewelry, they are approximate and not guaranteed.
- We disclose gemstone treatments as required by Federal Trade Commission regulations, and Canadian equivalent.
- Photos have been enlarged to show detail. With regards to colored gemstones, the actual color may vary depending on the resolution and quality of screen you are using as well as your screen and browser settings. We take great care to represent the color of a gem accurately. Several factors come into play such as lighting, mounting of a gem, and light dispersion in photographs of a natural colored gem. Some gemstones will look lighter or darker than in a photograph.
- Retail replacement value on the appraisal represents estimate of the item’s approximate retail value and does not constitute an offer or endorsement to buy or sell the item at that price. The actual retail selling price of an item or similar quality items may vary substantially from this estimate. The retail replacement value is derived from basing the production of the item from scratch in case it is lost and solely relying on making the production in Canada.
- Failure to use feedback responsibly can lead to legal or other consequences. We take feedback seriously and it is very important to us to maintain a good feedback as we try our best to make your buying experience on internet as pleasant as possible. Please contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback to give us the opportunity to address any problem you may have. We will be pleased to reciprocate.
- We do not accept a verbal appraisal from a Jeweler. It must be a written appraisal by a Certified Gemologist for consideration of a refund if it is believed an item is not described correctly.
- Do not solely rely on the picture of a gem in your purchase decision. Please read the description as well. We believe in full disclosure and are a Member of The American Gem Trade Association as well as International Colored Gemstones Association.
- Any disputes you may have in connection with the listing description or related transactions will be mediated and governed by the laws of the city of Toronto.

Refunds And Exchanges
- Returns are accepted 30 days from the day you received your package. Refunds will be issued once the item arrives back to Magnons Inc.
- All returns must be in their original condition with all original tags attached to the jewelry, otherwise charges will apply.
- Shipping fees cannot be refunded for returns. The buyer is solely responsible for return shipping to MAGNONS.
- RUSH fees will not refunded in case of a return.
- 20% restocking fee applies to most return orders that are part of the regular sale collection at our store. 30% restocking fee applies to all custom design jewelry pieces that were specifically made for you, layaway payments are on-refundable
- Please note items that were engraved or marked final sale are not subject to return.
- We will accept exchanges within a 30-day period from the receipt of the item on all regular stock items that were sold in our store. If the item being exchanged is a custom design piece that was made for you It is subject to a restocking fee. For all items over 2,000$ USD a restocking fee of 20% will apply automatically.
- Please note we will allow only one time exchange per order.
- Exchange will only take place once the item is sent back to us and will arrive in new, unworn condition with all tags and original paperwork.
- We will only ship items that are paid in full.
- We accept all forms of payment accepted such as all major credit cards and Paypal.
- At this time we cannot accept personal checks, wire transfers and money orders.
- On made-to-order items, full payment is required before production can begin.
- On items ready-to-ship full payment is required before we will ship the item.
- We are flexible on layaway payments and can customize them to suit your needs please contact us so that we can work the plan that works for you.
- All layaway payments are non-refundable. If you decide that you no longer want an item the money will not be refunded to you. If no payment have been made within 6 months the item will automatically be off hold.

- We try to offer free shipping on most items. Those listings that do not offer free shipping offer a flat rate shipping rate that includes handling and insurance.
- All our shipped items are insured. We ship from Canada and Unites States, if your address is Canadian your item will be sent from Canada, if your address is USA your item will be sent from USA. We live 1 hour from USA border and ship all United States parcels from United States so that you do not inquire any duties! If you are an international customer we will ship your item from Canada or USA whatever is a better rate and reliable service provider.
- You are responsible for giving us a secure, reliable and safe shipping address, we will ship to the exact address you have provided at checkout.
- You are responsible for shipping costs to and from our studio in case of returning an item.
- We accept RUSH orders for domestic and international orders. Please understand if your rush order was accepted it makes it a priority and thus rush fees will apply. All RUSH orders have to be accompanied by a RUSH courier to ensure fast delivery service. RUSH fees will not be refunded in case of a return.
- When you received your shipment notification on Etsy please allow another day or so for us to add the tracking number and ship with our shipping couriers.
- We use FedEx, UPS, USPS, Canada Post and DHL, Asendia to ship your items.
- For international clients: Your country’s custom may charge VAT/import fees and taxes before they deliver your package. We are not responsible for those fees. Please check with your customs office prior to purchasing on all tariffs to avoid surprises when your package arrives. Please note if you refuse to pay the import fees or other fees upon delivery the package will be sent back to us in Canada by default. We will try to contact you however if you decide to return the item a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the total amount.
- Lost items: Contact us immediately if you think your package is lost so that we can make a claim with insurance. For international customers: please note all couriers require 40 days before a claim can be made. Please contact your local customs office, sometimes packages are left there waiting for payment of import/VAT charges.
Customizing the design/Production process
- Every ring can be customized. It takes a lot of time, labor and thought to customize and design a piece of jewelry. Please contact us and we will gladly discuss what you want to change or re-designed. We can make the order custom just for you and provide you a quote. Additional fees as well as deposit will apply when order is custom.
- Current production time is 1-2 weeks. Unless marked “ready to ship” or “longer production time 4-6 weeks” . Some complex jewelry pieces take longer time to make. Please note shipping time is in addition to production time and will vary. Please visit the shipping section to find out more details about shipping to your destination.
- All the jewelry pieces are made in house at MAGNONS, most items are crafted by hand with utmost care and quality you will appreciate when receiving the item.
- If you require a RUSH on your order and have a deadline, make sure to contact us to discuss the deadline and see if we can prioritize your order to meet your deadline. RUSH fees will apply to your order.
